As Field Coordinator for Seraphim Equities, Tijani is responsible for site inspections and reporting, material coordination and receivable, and general on-site day to day management of our sub-contractors. Tijani is our eyes in the field and boots on the ground making him invaluable. Being with the company since inception, he has the engrained knowledge of what is needed to keep construction projects flowing efficiently and progressing in a timely fashion. Prior to Seraphim Equities Tijani worked as a Field Inspector for borrower draw inspections on ongoing construction projects. His exposure to active construction sites, project stages and development costs allows him to ensure that projects remain on track throughout the development phase starting from the very first walkthrough during the acquisitions phase.
