Taking a moment to honor some of our favorite spots in Newburgh, NY :-)

Working as hard as we have in Newburgh, we wanted to dedicate a series of posts to some of our favorite spots in the area. These are businesses that not only kick butt, but are as dedicated to revitalizing Newburgh as we are. Today we honor Hudson Taco. If not for your fish tacos, fresh homemade guac, and friendly staff, our already grumpy managers would be intolerable. Thank you for the great food, the ambiance, and everything in between :-)
